Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices on this site are shown in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Your card is authorised at checkout and charged when your order is packed and shipped. If an item sells out after you order, the authorisation for that item is released and you are not charged for it.

Taxes and duties

Orders shipped within the United States are subject to applicable state and local sales tax, calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment security

All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. Hovrel never sees or stores your full card number — payment details are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. See our Refund Policy for the full 30-day process.
