This Shipping Policy explains how Hovrel processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our store.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment and order information have been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume. If severe weather, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent normal operations, affected orders will be shipped as soon as the disruption has ended and operations can safely resume.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is approximately 30–45 days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, severe weather, public holidays, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order contains multiple items, those items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping rates and free-shipping conditions vary by country or region.
The shipping methods available for your destination, applicable shipping charges, and any available free-shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout before payment. Please review the available options and charges before completing your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout. If delivery is unavailable for an address, an applicable shipping option may not appear at checkout, or we may contact you regarding your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, shipping address, and contact information.
Please review your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
Packages returned because of incomplete or incorrect address information may require additional shipping arrangements before they can be sent again.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be generated after your order has been shipped. You will receive the tracking information through the contact method associated with your order.
Tracking information may take several business days to become available after the carrier receives the package. Carrier updates may occasionally be delayed or incomplete while a shipment is in transit.

Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please review the latest tracking information.
Delivery delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier interruptions, public holidays, peak shipping periods, destination restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where unstable weather or transportation conditions prevent processing or dispatch, normal shipping operations will resume after those conditions have been resolved.
Lost Packages
If the tracking information indicates that your package may be lost, has not updated for an extended period, or shows delivery even though you have not received it, please contact us at admin@hovrel.com.
Please include your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment and contact the carrier where appropriate. A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be provided.
